Internship
What will the intern do?

Interns will work with our Software Development and Support Team to build two new key business systems and implement a new Version Control & Issue Management Software System for managing software releases.

The two new systems include a Web-based software tool that will allow our Event Venues across New Zealand and Australia to establish Promoter access to our online Sales Reporting system (TD OnTour!). This is currently a manual system.

The second system involves the construction of an online Daily Sales recording system to allow our Venues and Sales Outlets to electronically lodge, verify and sign off on their daily banking deposits into our TicketDirect Trust Account. This work will be done in conjunction with our Finance Team.

Interns will also be given intensive background training on TicketDirect, our clients and our core systems. They will also have interaction with our Venue Clients on a regular basis (via the phone) to help them with aspects of our software and the above Projects.

Interns will work as part of Team that will include both Interns and be supervised by a core group of three people within the TicketDirect Team, including the head of client-software development, the head of Customer Service and our Financial Operations Manager.
