Internship 1
What will the intern do?
EFTPlus developer
Intern will add new daily, weekly and monthly reporting functionality to EFTPlus Gold Mine report emails and will further develop the EFTPlus templating system for a wider range of customer interfaces.

What skills will they learn?
Development within the Ruby on Rails framework. Interfaces to web services (google charts for example), how to genericize design approaches.

Internship 2
What will the intern do?
EventDash developer
Intern will develop cutting edge javascript interfaces for presenting event information, both on a standard website and within widgets to include on other organsation’s websites.

What skills will they learn?
Extensive object oriented javascript and ajax application development, well beyond the scope that is taught at Universities. At the end of the process intern should have a good understanding of how to structure javascript applications such as GMail.

Internship 3
What will the intern do?
EFTPlus market development.
Intern will explore and develop a marketing plan investigating a variety of expansion options from guerilla marketing techniques to reseller partnerships to franchising options. Intern will also help research international EFTPos infrastructure to identify international expansion opportunities.

What skills will they learn?
Along with researching a variety of expansion options, intern will learn to develop a plan within the bounds of real business resource constraints.
